Ceramics Sculpture, 3D Modeling, Texturing, Illustration, Art Direction, Branding and Identity Design

Hannah Galea is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in fine arts, sculpture, and digital media. After completing a Bachelor's in Fine Arts at MCAST, Malta, she worked as a freelance sculptor and artist, exhibiting her work in both solo and collective exhibitions across Malta and Brussels. Her practice has always been rooted in material exploration, from traditional ceramics to contemporary mixed media approaches. Driven by an interest in digital art, Hannah pursued a Master’s in Games Art at Manchester Metropolitan University. After completing her degree, she began working at Character Labs Inc., an asset creation company, where she specialized in creating realistic characters and monsters, optimizing them for game use. Her work involved high-detail sculpting, texturing, and ensuring assets meet the technical requirements to function in game engines. More recently, she has returned to her roots in ceramics, teaching classes while integrating 3D software into her practice to push the boundaries of form and fabrication. Whether working with clay or pixels, Hannah’s work explores the intersection of physical and digital craftsmanship, continuously evolving through experimentation and collaboration.
